Deloitte to replace Batliboi & Associates as statutory auditor for Blinkit and Hyperpure, in addition to serving the holding company.
Zomato's auditor for its subsidiaries Zomato Hyperpure and Blink Commerce, S.R. Batliboi & Associates has resigned with immediate effect, the food delivery firm said in an exchange filing on Sunday.
S.R. Batliboi & Associates was appointed auditor for the two subsidiaries in April last year for a period of five years.
The reason cited for the resignation is to streamline the audit process by appointing Deloitte, Haskins & Sells—the food tech platform’s statutory auditor—for both Zomato Hyperpure and Blink Commerce.
